Celebrating the new beginning of this year Sales & Marketing Department of The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali share the happiness and joyful with recent visit to Destawan Orphanage in Singaraja, Bali.  Under the banner of Starwood initiatives “Care to Community” bring daily goods to be donated. The 40 children currently in care at this facility that established since 9 February 2009 warmly welcomed the resort associates that joining the program.

Led by Ms. Sally Fadjrina the Director of Sales the donation was given to the founder which also the chairman of the orphanage Mr. Ketut Sutrisna. More to giving the donation, fun games also have been arranged to fill the time with all the children where we share not only knowledge but also fun experience. Following the meet and greet Mr. Ketut Sutrisna providing an introductory inspection to the facilities they provide for all the children as the closure of this donation program.

“It is always a great pleasure that we can share a little bit joy with the children and help them in term on daily needs. Nothing is more delightful while we see a happy expression from children specially with this Care to Community program. We are looking forward to continue our sponsor and support for the orphanage in many unique way in the near future” commented Mr. Bipan Kapur, General Manager of the resort.
