This will be the second time that The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali has had the pleasure to welcome AC Milan Glorie. We will be hosting one of Europe's most football teams AC Milan Glorie this February. The team from AC Milan Glorie will enjoy three days of relaxation at the resort before flying to Jakarta to carry out their sporting obligations.

It was an evening of spooky fun for children at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali as Halloween was celebrated with themed games and entertainment on 31st October 2012. Westin Kids Club was transformed for the occasion with carved pumpkins and ghoulish decorations.

She was accompanied by Miss Indonesia 2011, Astrid Ellena who was crowned last year in Jakarta and will soon delegate her duties to the next Miss Indonesia 2012 whom will be crowned at the Grand Final of Miss Indonesia 2012.

Associates of The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali recently joined forces to participate in a cleaning campaign before Nyepi Day. This was another activity under the banner of the resort’s Associates Enrichment Program that focuses on the professional growth and wellbeing of all team members.

Associates from The Westin Resort Nusa Dua Bali recently celebrated the launch of its new SPG benefits with a bicycle ride around the Nusa Dua enclave to visit other hotels under the Starwood banner. SPG is Starwood’s loyalty program that involves an array of special benefits for its members to experience in more than 1000 Starwood properties around the world.

Celebrating the new beginning of this year Sales & Marketing Department of The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali share the happiness and joyful with recent visit to Destawan Orphanage in Singaraja, Bali.  Under chithe banner of Starwood initiatives “Care to Community” bring daily goods to be donated. The 40 children currently in care at this facility that established since 9 February 2009 warmly welcomed the resort associates that joining the program.

The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali celebrated the spirit of goodwill this festive season by helping to create a green environment for children in need. Under the banner of the Starwood initiative ‘Care for Community’, Associates from the Jakarta Sales Office recently visited the Sekolah Alternatif Untuk Anak Jalanan (Alternative School for Street Children) to donate a selection of plants.

The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali recently celebrated another milestone with the launch of Starwood Asia Pacific 200th hotel in the region. This achievement was commemorated with a cake cutting ceremony for all staff members in the Associates’ Dining Room.

After the recent success of hosting the prestigious ASEAN SUMMIT, The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali received further recognition by adding several more awards to its growing collection. The resort was awarded the title of Indonesia’s Leading MICE Venue by Indonesia Travel & Tourism. This was closely followed by the honour of receiving two gold awards in the Hospitality Asia Pacific Awards in the categories of Signature Family & Recreation Resort as well as Signature Luxury Resort. These achievements will enable the resort way to wrap up 2011 on a high note.

The General Manager of The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali invited the WTA family along with the Commonwealth Bank Tournament of Champions committee to release coral fish at the resort’s beach.

The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali invited two high profile international players from the 2011 Commonwealth Bank Tournament of Champions - part of Sony Ericsson WTA Tours to create cookies for charity. Anna Ivanovic, winner of the 2010 Commonwealth Bank Tournament of Champions together with Roberta Vinci participated in this worthwhile initiative.

The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali recently held a religious ceremony known as an odalan at the resort’s temple on Friday, 15 July 2011. This ritual was organized by the resort’s Hindu committee and was attended by the management team as well as hotel associates.

For four consecutive years The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali has been nominated as a top 10 Family Resort. This year the resort was voted 4th in the top 10 list for Bali.

She was accompanied by Miss Indonesia 2011, Astrid Ellena who was just crowned on Thursday, 3 June, 2011 in Jakarta. The delegation also included the CEO of Media Nusantara Citra, Mr. Hary Tanoesoedibjo, Founding Member of Miss Indonesia, Liliana Tanoesoedibjo as well as Miss World Events Director, Stephen Douglas Morley. They were greeted by General Manager, Mr. Bipan Kapur, along with several senior associates.

The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali is featured in Australian Lifestyle program, ‘Eat, Play & Stay’ which airs on Foxtel. The program is dedicated to promoting venues that they believe the Australian public should visit. The program airs in the prime-time slot of Wednesday nights at 8pm, with the bonus of several repeat screenings throughout the following week. the Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali was broadcast on Wednesday the 1st June at 8pm Eastern Standard Time, Saturday the 4th June at 7.30pm and Sunday at 7pm.
