CELEBRATING OUR 2017 ACHIEVEMENTS

Similar with previous years, 2017 has been successful for the resort with long list of accolades that emphasize the resort’s positioning as a leading business and leisure destination on the island of Bali.
Starting the year on a positive note, the resort received recognition from TripAdvisor with a Certificate of Excellence 2017 based on consistently high guest ratings and reviews. This was then followed by an International Five Star Standard acknowledgement from the International Hotel Awards, which also extended another award to the resort as the Best Large Hotel in 2017.
Simultaneously, SmartTravelAsia.com identified the resort with its Bali International Convention Centre as Best Conference Hotel in Asia in their Best in Travel 2017 Poll. Continuing its winning streak, three of the resort’s dining venues; Prego Italian Restaurant, Hamabe the Japanese Restaurant as well as Velada Tapas Bar & Kitchen were frontrunners in the Bali's Best Restaurant, Bar & Café Awards 2017.
In the 2017 World Luxury Spa Awards, The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali succeeded in achieving the prestigious acknowledgement of being a Global Winner in the Luxury Wellness Spa category. Meanwhile, in 2017 World Luxury Restaurant Awards, Prego was voted Regional Winner as a Luxury Family Restaurant.
This year, the resort then again secured first place in the Holidays with Kids 2017 Top 10 Awards. This yearly poll is conducted by Australia’s leading family travel magazine and website, which helps parents plan for the holiday of a lifetime. Readers were asked to vote for the best family-friendly resorts they’ve encountered based on aspects such as activities and facilities for children, babysitting services, safety and location.
Closer to end the year, the World Luxury Hotel Awards 2017 have recognized the resort with its Bali International Convention Centre, as the Regional Winner in categories of Best Luxury Hotel & Conference Centre as well as Best Luxury Family Hotel. The resort was also recognized as Best Luxury Family Beach Resort, Country Winner.
Last but not least, The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali was recently polled as Indonesia’s Leading Family Resort in the auspicious Indonesia Travel & Tourism Awards 2017. This is an annual undertaking that rewards quality and excellence with over 200 nominated brands competing to be the best.
